In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to open and maintain an al303 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individual players by applicable local law.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
4. You do not already hold an existing active or suspended al303 account.
5. You have not previously been excluded from al303 or had an account permanently closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
6. You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of al303 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game studios.
7. You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress or under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.

al303 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residency at any stage. If you are unable or unwilling to provide such documentation, al303 may suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any Balance pending the outcome of a review.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Providing false information in connection with your account — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

To access the Services offered by al303, you must create a Member account. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of your account:

1. One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) al303 account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
2. Accurate Information. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and must notify al303 promptly of any changes.
3. Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. al303 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4. KYC Verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, al303 will require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. Accepted documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or passport. Additional documentation, such as a recent bank statement or utility bill confirming your address, may be requested at al303's discretion.
5. Account Security. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. al303 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from al303 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
6. Dormant Accounts. An account with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. al303 reserves the right to apply an inactivity charge of Rp 50.000 per calendar month to the dormant account's balance after providing reasonable prior notice. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be closed.

1. Currency. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). al303 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any transfer made in a currency other than IDR may be rejected or returned, and al303 accepts no responsibility for exchange losses incurred in connection with such transfers.
2. Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may vary and will be displayed at the point of transaction.
3. Processing Time. Deposits made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are typically credited to your al303 balance within minutes. al303 accepts no liability for delays caused by the sending bank or e-wallet provider.
4. Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised account holder of the payment method used. al303 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance procedures.
5. Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal instruction with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of a completed al303 deposit is strictly prohibited. Any such action will result in the immediate suspension of your account and recovery proceedings for the disputed amount.
6. Failed Deposits. If a deposit fails to credit your account within two (2) hours of transfer confirmation, you should contact al303 support via live chat with your transfer receipt. al303 will investigate and, if the transfer is confirmed, credit your account within 24 hours.

1. KYC Requirement. Withdrawals will not be processed until your account has passed KYC verification. al303 strongly recommends completing KYC verification immediately after account registration to avoid delays when you wish to withdraw.
2. Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount for fully verified accounts, though al303 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments.
3. Processing Time. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically completed within 30–60 minutes.
4. Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a payment method registered in your own name and verified against your KYC documents. al303 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5. Fees. al303 does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals for verified accounts. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which al303 accepts no responsibility.
6. Wagering of Deposits. al303 reserves the right to require that deposited funds be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request is approved, as a measure to prevent fraudulent use of the payment system.
7. Withdrawal Suspension. al303 may delay or suspend a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the account is under investigation for fraudulent activity; (c) an active bonus is attached to the balance and wagering requirements have not been met; or (d) a chargeback has been initiated by the Member.

al303 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and event-specific promotions tied to occasions such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and major football tournaments including the Piala AFF and the FIFA World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

1. Wagering Requirements. All bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms at the time of offer.
2. Minimum Odds. For sportsbook bonuses, bets placed to meet Wagering Requirements must meet a minimum odds threshold as stated in each promotion's individual terms. Bets placed on markets with odds below the minimum threshold will not count towards wagering.
3. Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7–30 days from the date of issuance, as stated in each promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the expiry period will be forfeited without notice.
4. One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Members may only hold one active bonus at any time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
5. Abuse. al303 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets across accounts, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or systematically exploiting promotional structures in a manner that is clearly inconsistent with recreational play.
6. Modification and Withdrawal. al303 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Member has already opted in and met the qualifying conditions, al303 will honour the bonus as described at the time of opt-in.

The following general betting rules apply across all al303 Services. Product-specific rules (e.g., for togel draws, live casino tables, or crash games) are available within each product section of the Platform.

1. Bet Acceptance. A bet is accepted only when al303's system returns a confirmation code. No bet is valid until confirmed. al303 accepts no liability for bets that were not confirmed due to connectivity issues on the Member's side.
2. Obvious Errors. al303 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, due to a technical error in the odds feed or a manifest data entry mistake. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Balance.
3. Match Abandonment. If a sporting event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless individual market rules specify otherwise.
4. Maximum Payouts. al303 applies maximum single-bet payout limits per sport and per market. These limits are displayed in the relevant sportsbook market at the time of bet placement. Winning bets that exceed the maximum payout limit will be settled at the stated maximum.
5. Live Betting. In-play betting odds are updated in real time. al303 may suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets submitted during a suspended period will not be accepted. al303 is not liable for delays in odds updates caused by data provider latency.

al303 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's account, and to void bets and withhold balances, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Member has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The Member is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The Member holds or has held multiple accounts on the Platform.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute in relation to a deposit.
• A court order or regulatory authority directs al303 to close the account.
• The Member has requested self-exclusion through al303's Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is closed for reasons of suspected fraud or material breach, al303 reserves the right to retain the account Balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation. If the investigation confirms fraudulent activity, the retained Balance may be forfeited. If the investigation clears the Member, any Balance to which the Member is legitimately entitled will be returned within 10 business days.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact al303 support via live chat or email. Voluntary closures are processed within 5 business days. Any real-money Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Member subject to completed KYC and no outstanding wagering obligations.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on al303 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance:

• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with live casino games, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a manner not available to other users through standard browser access.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported immediately to al303's support team.
• Colluding with other Members in live casino table games or poker formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party who is ineligible to hold an al303 account (e.g., an underage person or a person who has been self-excluded).
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event on which bets are accepted.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the Platform or any of its components.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing al303 employees, agents, or contractors.

All content on the al303 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, user interface design, software code, game content, promotional materials, and written copy — is the exclusive property of al303 or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any al303 content without prior written authorisation.
• Using the al303 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context, including affiliate marketing, without a signed partner agreement.
• Creating derivative works based on al303's Platform content or game assets.

Any unauthorised use of al303's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

1. Service Availability. While al303 targets 99.9% Platform uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary unavailability. al303 will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Members of planned downtime in advance.
2. Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, al303's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3. Excluded Losses. al303 shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits or anticipated earnings; (b) loss of data or corruption of data; (c) indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages; (d) losses arising from a Member's reliance on information displayed on the Platform that contained an obvious error.
4. Third-Party Games. Games provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, and Microgaming) are subject to those studios' own game rules and RNG certifications. al303 acts solely as a distributor of these games and accepts no liability for game outcomes, game interruptions, or disputes arising from third-party game mechanics.
5. Force Majeure. al303 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure results from circumstances beyond al303's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or pandemic-related restrictions.

al303 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for account management, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and the provision of Services.
• al303 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your browser and our servers.
• al303 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is retained for the period required to fulfil contractual obligations and comply with applicable record-keeping regulations, and will be securely deleted thereafter.

The updated Terms & Conditions will take effect 7 days after the date of notification, unless the change is required by law or relates to a security matter, in which case it may take effect immediately. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not accept the amended Terms & Conditions, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 8.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which al303 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and al303, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Members are encouraged to contact al303's support team in the first instance by emailing [email protected] or using the live chat function.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notification, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution procedures applicable under al303's licensing jurisdiction. al303 will cooperate fully with any formal dispute resolution process and will provide all relevant account records to the adjudicating body upon request.

Nothing in this clause limits a Member's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in their country of residence.
